ABC have recently confirmed Saturday circulation figures for the national press. So now there are Monday – Friday averages with Saturday comparisons. And Saturday proves to be an exceptional sales day for most titles. The Guardian sells 377,000 copies on a Saturday, versus an average of 178,000 on a weekday. The Daily Telegraph on Saturday sells 760,956, on a Monday to Friday 519,319. That is an increase of 46.5%
