– an inspirational day for DCA members & guests

Cordings Journal 1

Paul Hendrick, DJH Advertising’s Creative Director is presenting at the Direct Commerce Association’s South Coast event in Brighton on 17th March.  The event is titled Supercharging Multichannel Brand Communications and promises to be an inspiring, interactive event exploring how to engage today’s consumers across all channels to market.  It is aimed at direct commerce companies from mail order to online specialists.

Paul will present:  How to add Personality to your Brand & Profit to your bottom line

DJH believe every company has a story to tell but few take the time to focus on this. When customers read your tale, you capture their interest, their order(s) and their loyalty. So how do you add this ‘personality’ to your brand communications across all channels whether catalogue, web site, e-mail or off the page and response advertising?  The session explores some great examples and offers up some excellent tips.  It looks at how you can bring these together and how integration strengthens your offer.

The event is hosted & chaired by Direct Commerce Association, Multichannel co-chair Katy Ingram, marketing director of Feather & Black. The day has a packed agenda with a range of insightful sessions and interactive discussions including:

Perfect Bedtime Stories with Katy Ingram from Feather & Black.
